Real-time tracking
- After delivery, the system automatically sends the logistics order number to your email/SMS
- Log in to the "My Order" page to check the current location and status of the package at any time
- If you find any abnormal delays, you can directly contact the customer service
Notice for Signing for the Goods
- Please check the goods in person upon receipt. If there are any damages or missing items, please refuse to sign for them and take photos as evidence. Contact the online customer service in time.
- If you need to return or exchange the goods after signing for them, please refer to the return policy.
