Return Policy

In order to protect your shopping experience and legal rights, OrijenDesign has formulated this return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully:

 

1. Return and Exchange Period

  • Return: Within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods, if the goods meet the return conditions, you can apply for a free return;
  • Exchange: Within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods, if the goods have quality problems or are seriously inconsistent with the description, you can apply for a free exchange;
  • After 30 days, no unconditional return/exchange will be accepted, and only "quality problem after-sales" will be handled according to the product quality problem.

 

2. Return conditions and refund process

Return conditions

  • The product and its accessories (packaging, instructions, gifts, etc.) must be intact;
  • Keep the original packaging and do not affect secondary sales;
  • Smart lamps or electronic products must be restored to factory settings and not damaged by humans.

Refund process

  • Log in to "My Order" → Select the corresponding order → Click "Apply for Return/Refund";
  • Fill in the reason for return and upload photos of the actual product and packaging;
  • The dedicated customer service will review and confirm the return address with you within 2 working days;
  • Send the product back to the designated address and submit the logistics order number;
  • After receiving and inspecting it, we will return the refund within 7 working days (the specific arrival time depends on each payment channel).

 

3. Exchange conditions and exchange process

Exchange conditions

  • The product has quality problems or is seriously inconsistent with the product details page;
  • Keep the original packaging and accessories intact and do not affect secondary sales;
  • Special products such as customized/engraved products do not support unconditional exchange, only quality problems are applicable.

Exchange process

  • Log in to "My Order" → Select the corresponding order → Click "Apply for Return and Exchange";
  • Select "Exchange", fill in the reason for exchange and upload photos of product problems;
  • Customer service will review and confirm the exchange address and new delivery time within 2 working days;
  • You will send the original product back to the designated address and submit the logistics order number;
  • After we receive and verify that the problem is true, we will send the same or equal value product and notify you of the new logistics information by SMS/email.

 

4. Freight Responsibility

  • 30-day unconditional return: OrijenDesign shall bear the return freight.
  • Return or exchange due to quality issues: For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, the return freight shall be borne by OrijenDesign.
  • Return for non-quality reasons (overdue return or return only): The return freight shall be borne by the user; if you choose to exchange, the return freight shall be borne by the user, and the new freight shall be borne by OrijenDesign.
  • Overseas orders: The international freight returned to the domestic warehouse shall be prepaid by the user. After inspection, OrijenDesign will refund the full amount according to the actual freight; the same applies to exchanges.

 

5. Special products and exceptions

Under the following circumstances, unconditional returns/exchanges are not supported for the time being, but if there are quality issues, you can still apply for processing according to the quality issue after-sales process:

  • Lights that have been unpacked or installed and affect secondary sales;
  • Customized models (engraving, color change, special size, etc.);

 

6. Notes

Please confirm the return address with customer service before shipping to avoid package loss due to wrong address;

  • If the package is lost or damaged during return, please contact us in time;
  • Your application for return/exchange means you accept all the terms of this policy.
